Coffee is possible but I’d like to avoid energy drinks.

So, I’m ina a bit of a pickle. I generally workout 5 days a week, and have been at this for about a week or so, thus far, no problems. I’ve been exercising everyday. However, today,I’m just lacking that motivation. The idea of exercising is not very fun. Plus I’m tired. Do you think I should workout tonight or not? Also, how do you motivate yourself when you don’t want to?

I exercise somewhat but I want to exercise more. The problem is I never have enough motivation. What is a good motivational technique? I’m thinking of taking a picture of myself in a bikini and taping it next to a bikini model…any other ideas? Thank you in advance!

Logically I KNOW that exercise is good for my body and mood. There is no dispute over that fact. I cannot simply will myself to exercise — that just doesn’t work for me. Contrary to the popular Nike ad "Just Do It" doesn’t work.
I am thinking of going to hypnotherapy to help me want to exercise. What do you think about using hypnotherapy to create motivation for exercising?
@ Belle – LOL! : ) "Walking to hypnotherapy" — that really made me smile.
