r u serious??…wat happened?
your going to stunt your growth if you start working out at 13
your a fucking tool
it good to work out at age 14 because u needed for occasion like football…u need to be big and buff so u can win??
well being big and buff just means u can put big hits on people and also take hits lol
iDramaXx – Mmmm…. Workout..
after the video she went ahead and rode on Patrick’s cock
lol
I started working out when I was 12 and I was about 5’3”, I’m 19 now and 6’1”. The stunt growth things is almost like a wives tale.
There are cases where people do over workout for their age, by overwork out I mean use protein supplements, and working out too much, working out the same areas too much(which can mess up your muscles) where they do experience stunted growth, but I never started using supplements til about 18.
Best advice if you do choose to work out at a young age is to not get on the weight gain stuff, just change your diet.
That is vulgar.
That was a funny comment!
Patrick is her bitch
probably LOL. pity the video stopped at 2:24
cool! so you don’t necesarily get stunt growth from exercise? thats good cause i’m 15, 6’2 and would still love to grow a little more lol
Haha, lucky man. I’d let her ride on my face.

Maybe im doing them wrong??
Is your back supose to hurt???
I got this prob too.
I think you have to “erase” your hollow back ( im not sooo good in english;))
I did this mistake at first too. I tried today to not have an hollow back and it works fine.
Only my neck is after 25-30 repeats slightly strained.
By reading the comments i have decided not to imply this Technique, everyone complaining of back pain morons!
Amazing how many people were doing their crunches wrong! O well… no excuses now eh!
