cardio exercises are great way to burn max calories and loose weight, build stamina…running, stairs, skipping, swimming etc
hey i loved this it was simple to follow and understand .. also i have mustle and ligament damage in my lower back is it safe to follow this for me i really need to tone up all over haha ..

Been using this video and six others (by Tammy) since Jan. 7, 2010. Do them every other day, and been doing it religiously (without skipping a day.) I have tone in my arms and legs. I have lost about seven pounds, without major or drastic dietary changes. My goal was only 20 pounds, anyhow, but the change in my muscle tone and strength is AMAZING. I recommend these videos, do them every other day or three times a week (as she recommends) and you will see a huge difference in a few weeks.
