Some very good routines , tried a few over the last couple of months. any advice for a person who broke their collar bone seven weeks ago and is looking to go back to the gym soon.
i lost about an 1/2 oz watching this. i need to rest now, i’m very sleepy.
I liked your old work out set better. You have the best form on med. ball pushups. I have never seen some one go that deep with perfect form.
