Should I see a doctor before starting a program like this? I am really unfit and haven’t exercised for months.
I love the fact that you don’t preach the boring seen-so-many-times type of moves. The interesting new techniques you teach is what keeps people interested. I get bored of my routine programme so easily and find your exciting new moves so refreshing. Keep up the good work and I will keep working towards a body half as good as yours.
I really appreciate this kind of video. It’s good to have all levels of exercises available. Even for people who regularly exercise, these movements can be fun to mix in with our more hard core workouts.
But…not a big fan of that top. Too maternity-chic.

1. As a complete beginner how often should I be following this workout?
2. Should I aim to do any cardio before this workout or is this enough on its own?
