when you do body weight work outs with no wieghts you don’t need to take day’s off because your body is able to recover a lot quicker then when using weights. If your in good enough shape you can do body weight exercises intense fo an hour and not feel it the next day

how about training until you NEED a day off? seems more like a real training to me!
Nah you don’t need to rest. I workout ATLEAST 5 days a week in the mornings. I don’t even do split workouts such as legs one day and upper next. I work everything out til I’m exhausted. You’ll be sore for the first two weeks but after that you rarely get sore after a workout.
