What are workouts I can do with an elliptical fitness machine?

I have a little excercise machine at my condo along with a treadmill. I want to tone and build a little leg and upper body muscle. I just don’t know how.
Ok I guess my question is how or what site can I go on for the fitness machine, it has everything but I don’t know how to use it or what to do, and the little poster they give doesn’t really help.

u can only do one thing on the elliptical…run and use the moving handlebars

you can do interval training. do the elliptical for a set time,5 min then do some squats with dumbells,15-20 then repeat 3 or 4 times use the teadmill to warm up and cool down from your workout.
Arby’s answer is a good one. Also, grab some hand weights and move your arm weights while you’re on the eliptical. Or, move your legs backwards to change things up. Also, tighten your stomch a bit.
