Im tring to lose weight around my mid section. I know you CAN NOT spot reduce but id like to atleast firm up my but, abs, and thighs. My question is, only for those who know,
how effective are they?
How long till I see results?
And how much of a weight loss am I looking at? lbs and inches.
Thanks for your help!
Also Does anyone know of any good cleanses to do? I know exercise is my best bet but I need some imediate results to get my confidence up to keep going. and besides my insides really need a cleanse.

very effective in firming and toning. Your improved posture will make you look much leaner very quickly
1-2 weeks. Your _posture_ will make you look leaner in the mid section. Remember to suck in your gut. Not all the way, that’s too hard. say 50% to 70%, and hold it everywhere you go, as long as you can.
no weight loss from spot work. I thought you said you knew no spot reduce will occur? You can look forward to at least an inch or two just from a toned gut muscle.
cleanse? sounds drastic. GNC has everything you need, and there seems to be a branch on very block.
Stability balls are great they can help in toning up those problem areas, but Im afraid that the stability ball alone isnt going to give you the results you want fast. When I train my clients, I make sure first off they are eating a well balanced, lower fat diet.Second cardio is a must to tone down abs , running, and biking is great for those glutes thighs and lower half, and combine that with stability ball workouts and you could have a very well toned body in time.
There is no set amount of weight you will lose, this all depends on the individual person and their eating habits and exercise habits.
