Salvation Kettle Bells Ring again at Eaton Centre
You may notice something different as you do your holiday shopping at the Eaton Centre. The Sound of Bells. A policy put into place eight years ago is no more and that means Salvation Army volunteers will be allowed to ring thier kettle bells again. The Eaton Centre and Salvation Army made the joint annoucement on Sunday. The ban was put in place because of merchant complaints.

Salvation Army’s bells are ringing but the red kettles are not dinging
Goldie Ashcraft rang a bell outside Walmart Tuesday morning to raise money for The Salvation Army. Local kettle campaign donations are down $ 20,000 from last year.
