Suggestions of exercises to do with kettle bells?
Question by KAITENA: Suggestions of exercises to do with kettle bells?
I recently bought myself some kettlebells because I have been hearing alot of great things about them. I am looking for some exercises that specifically tone abs, thighs and arms.
Any suggestions would be great.
I am currently working out 3 days a week to loose some weight but feel as though i should be toning up at the same time for optimal results. I am hoping to loose 35 lbs.

Check out dragondoor.com. It has a lot of info on kettlebells and pavel tsatsouline (sp?), the “evil russian” who popularized kettlebell training in the US. Do you do Crossfit, by the way?
