**Cons : In my opinion Mike could update his program with some videos or organize the information into different books such as nutrition, demonstrations, and routines instead of one solid book. The only problem I had was going from the workout and trying to find the page with the demonstration on it. I just wished it was organized in a different manner.
But, the information that he presents for the price is solid and well worth it in my mind. I took the workout routines and printed them out and then looked up the demonstration pages and made sure I learned the proper exercise first before performing them.
