Getting six pack abs is not as easy at you thing. Most people are mistakenly under the assumption that more crunches and sit ups will result in a more defined, sexy mid-section. Recently, I came across the advice of personal trainer Bob Mathew’s of Power1k and he offers some wonder advice for those looking to get six pack abs.
As Bob Mathew’s says, you first need to get lean and once you achieve overall weight loss you will start to see more definition in your abdominals. There’s a popular program on the web that I recently tried out called “The Truth About Abs” by Mike Geary. What I personally liked about the program was that he shows some short cuts on how to maximize your exercises to burn fat faster. Basically, the information in his book tells you how to do it the right way and gives you many great tips on doing it faster (see my review). Best of all you don’t have a gym membership to achieve this.
I have found Truth about Abs to have solid information about fat loss, exercise and nutrition. Based on many diet and exercise programs out there this is definitely a no gimmick – REAL way of losing belly fat and achieving six pack abs.
