guys i need more help plz?

ok i need some of yur best fitness tips cuz like i dont have any and
the only times i work out is gym period at skool and thats 6th period after lunch every wensday and thursday plz i want to be in more shape and if u have the best out of all the other answers ill make yur answer best answer
P.S. plz dont say anything about eating disorders.i can go to the hosiptal for that.
and i think i had it before cuz i was worried about my wieght but i dont exercise much cuz i was to skinny for my age and im gaining weight but i still look skinny!lol!

BeachBody fitness workouts?

i have started this recently, along with cutting back in my diet.
i do two sessions once a day (at night)

has anyone done this?
how were the effects?
did the results please you?

I need help with my workouts/fitness…?

I’m 5’7, 136 lbs. 21yrs
I’m skinny but I still have extra fat and not enough muscle..
I do some weightlifting 3 nights a week, and jog every other day.
I take Whey protein after every workout.
Yet it seems that I can’t lose any of the extra fat…
My goal is to be more toned/muscular.
Please help! (perfer a fitness trainer)

tips on getting into the naval academy?

I’m almost a junior in high school (see naval academy question) and I’ve really thought about going into the naval academy, if not them, then the Air Force Academy. My grades are exceptional and I’m entering 4 honors classes and I CP class next year. I’m in student council, I run cross country, and I was in 4 honors classes as a sophomore and two as a freshman. I’ve also considered starting a debate club at my school. What are my chances and, especially, what are tips to help me enter either of these academies?

P.S. I know about the fitness test and I am currently training for that too.

Im 15 years old Is it ok to take supplements?

Im 15, I work out about 4 times a week my nutrion could use some work but im pretty healthy. Good idea or not

Candidate Fitness Assessment Workouts?

I am a junior in high school and my first choice of school is a service academy. I am in good physical shape but I was looking for good workouts to strengthens muscles that are involved in the exercises.

The exercises are pull ups, push ups, sit ups, basketball throw, shuttle run, and mile run.

If anyone has workout that strengthens these muscle groups and is willing to post them that would be awesome.

I’m going into high school next year, and really want to optimise my abilities and embellish on any skills before the school year starts.

This is my class list:

1. Science 9
2. Literary Seminar 1
3. French 1
4. Journalism
5. Algebra 1
6. Fitness
7. Social Studies 9
8. Literature and Composition 9

I’m shooting for an IB diploma (Literary Seminar is a pre-requisite).

I’m above average in math, but not spectacular or anything. I was actually supposed to be going into Geometry this year, (I took the equal of prealgebra in 7th, but didn’t turn anything in because of personal issues, so I was demoted to regular math).

My reading is college level according to a Lexile test we took (my lexile was 1620, I believe), and my writing has never been measured, but I do have something of a passion for the art (though I do have MAJOR writer’s block)

Any tips on honing my skills and sharpen my mind over the next month? Thanks.
