Serious question …
Looking for second career to keep me busy & am looking to finally get a job that I enjoy. Would like to be a general fitness trainer at the gym and am looking for a course that is comprehensive, not-crazy hard, and a good value for the money. It would need to be primarily distance learning, something internationally recognized preferred, a year or less to complete, and the cost under K.

I am about 220 now and would like to be down around 160, but not just lose fat, also gain muscle and be nicely toned. Anyone tell me how long to expect results, steer me where I can find more info on creating an INTERESTING & varried workout? I don’t know anything about working out, having a balanced diet…what should I do?

I’m absolutely loving my new swimming lessons at the YMCA. I want to take the Water Fitness Challenge & Water Fitness Workout classes instead of the cardio workout I had been doing; walking on a treadmill, stationary bike etc
Is this a good idea? I have been pretty sedentary since last summer… Can I achieve the same results with all water fitness?

Does anyone have any info on ‘Iron Tek Max Growth PM’, or any Twin Labs Products….ripped fuel etc. I don’t want to take creatine! Just looking for something to increase muscle repair time & maybe provide more energy/ increase muscle mass. But of course, I won’t be willing to take anything if it is harmful. Any info would be great. Thanks. (and I already drink whey protein shakes, so don’t suggest that.)
Whoops, I mean decrease muscle repair time
