Question by SunShine: I need an exercise to get rid of the flab on the back of my arms above my triceps, any ideas for home exercis? I have a swiss ball, bosu ball, dumbbell weights and tension bands. Are there any exercises that I can do using these things or other stuff at home to get rid of this flab I have had all of my life.
I’m a tiny person but it is the only place I have flab that I can’t get rid of.
My arms are to big for my frame and it isn’t just muscle. Help!

Answer by master_akhkharu Taebo or other type of cardio-kickboxing punching and blockinb moves are great for the entire arm. You want to do fast and high rep moves instead of using resistance and weight.
Question by This gum is fancy: If I use resistance bands instead of a pull up bar for the P90X, will I still get good results on my arms? I saw that on the routines that require, they show that you can use resistance bands instead of a pull up bar. So does that mean I don’t need a pull up bar if I have these resistance bands?

Answer by Brad J I currently am using the bands with the program. You will need to use bands and some sort of bar. One option is buying the pull up bar that attaches to a door frame. Another option is purchasing the attachment for the bands to go on the door. The bar is probably going to cost you about 45.00 where as the attachment for the bands is probably 10.00. Either option is good but getting the bar is probably better.
As far as results on your arms, I think the bands will work just fine. I have been using the bands and I am seeing great results. The only downfall is that I use the heaviest resistance and can still get 14-16 reps on some exercises. Therefore I am getting pretty cut in my arms but not building alot of size. Reps of 6-8 would give me more size.
