It’s not only good for you, but did you know that it can lower the amount of fatty tissue in your body? The genes that lead to obesity are being regulated by Omega 3 fatty acids so it makes sense that it can also help you burn fat.

There are also some foods you should avoid or cut out in order to get a six pack. Sugary foods are going to be out.  If you have a sweet tooth, some alternative sweeteners can help. You should stick with sweeteners like Stevia which have a low impact on your insulin and are better for your health. Similarly, you should also avoid alcohol. Alcohol is full of empty calories and when consumed regularly will add up! If you really would like a drink, consider a glass of wine every now and then.
