Question by Me!: What is the difference between different types of stability balls?
I just purchased a stability ball and it is the 65m one but when I wanted to exercise its says to use a physio ball and a 55m one. I really dont see a difference with any of them but I would still like to know what is the difference?

They all have different resistances for different levels, depending on how fit you are.
