Logically I KNOW that exercise is good for my body and mood. There is no dispute over that fact. I cannot simply will myself to exercise — that just doesn’t work for me. Contrary to the popular Nike ad "Just Do It" doesn’t work.
I am thinking of going to hypnotherapy to help me want to exercise. What do you think about using hypnotherapy to create motivation for exercising?

ok i need some of yur best fitness tips cuz like i dont have any and
the only times i work out is gym period at skool and thats 6th period after lunch every wensday and thursday plz i want to be in more shape and if u have the best out of all the other answers ill make yur answer best answer
P.S. plz dont say anything about eating disorders.i can go to the hosiptal for that.
and i think i had it before cuz i was worried about my wieght but i dont exercise much cuz i was to skinny for my age and im gaining weight but i still look skinny!lol!
