I am a junior in high school and my first choice of school is a service academy. I am in good physical shape but I was looking for good workouts to strengthens muscles that are involved in the exercises.
The exercises are pull ups, push ups, sit ups, basketball throw, shuttle run, and mile run.
If anyone has workout that strengthens these muscle groups and is willing to post them that would be awesome.

I know, it’s the opposite of what most people want lol. But I want to become stronger by excercises and workouts, and still keep my weight. I’m currently 13, almost 14 years old, and I weigh about 98 pounds (I actually think I’m kinda underweight).
But my arms are very skinny – I could make a circle around my wrist using only my thumb and middle finger, and STILL have space left in the circle. My legs, on the other hand, are slightly bulkier than the average girl (about 3 times the width of my arm) and last year my teacher told me it was untrained muscle.
I want to know how you can work out without losing weight. I really want to train the muscles in my arms, my stomach and abdomens, and my legs. For me, I can run fast, but the thing is I don’t have enough stamina to run very far. Maybe while I do fitness workouts I’ll increase my stamina too. Help, anyone?
I’m not always sure of all the muscles I’m working with a particular exercise, is there a website where I can enter my workout (either by typing in exercise/reps/weight or drop down menu etc) and have it come up with the muscle groups I’m actually working? Don’t need to know what to do to workout, just like to make sure I’m truly hitting everything I need to. Thanks in advance!
