I’m just begining to get in shape, and I’ve got a long way to go. How in shape do you have to be to be able to keep up in a beginner’s Tai Kwan Do class? What fitness "landmarks" should I be able to reach to be successful?

ok i need some of yur best fitness tips cuz like i dont have any and
the only times i work out is gym period at skool and thats 6th period after lunch every wensday and thursday plz i want to be in more shape and if u have the best out of all the other answers ill make yur answer best answer
P.S. plz dont say anything about eating disorders.i can go to the hosiptal for that.
and i think i had it before cuz i was worried about my wieght but i dont exercise much cuz i was to skinny for my age and im gaining weight but i still look skinny!lol!

also if you have like something you do daily to stay in shape please let me know , i really need to lose about 50 pounds by the summer or at least fall
