Question by Tough exterior: Weight training, if I wanted to could I do a couple laps around a track with a bar bell and weights?
i can squat 300lbs, if on grass could I do a few laps around a track(walking not running) and get a work out like that?

Rather than a bar bell, it would be easier to carry dumb bells, or better yet wear a weighted vest, or perhaps a very sturdy backpack with some weights inside.
