Losing Weight..?

I have 2 questions:
1.I’m about 5’1-5’2 and weigh 127 pounds..is this a normal weight for my height..whats your opinion?
2.I’m trying to lose weight..but I hate running and I hate water..which I know are essential to losing weight..anyways..what are some good methods to losing weight fast,safely and without joining a gym?

You’re just a bit taller than I am and about 40 pounds more, so I’d say you’re weight’s on the high side. Drink water and exercise anyway, no matter how much you hate them. Be as active as you can; you don’t necessarily have to run. Walking fast is good exercise too, as well as shoveling snow, taking the stairs, playing with children, walking a dog, and all the little things like that. Always eat breakfast, but not the traditional foods like bacon and eggs. Eat cereal with skim milk and fresh fruit. Fruits and vegetables make great snacks in between meals. You don’t have to eat just three times a day. I usually have about four or five toddler-sized portions of food throughout the day and it serves me well. Don’t try to lose more than two pounds a week, though, because that’s not good for your body. Alter your lifestyle a little and the weight will start coming off slowly but surely. Good luck.
