How can I get exercise motivation if I'm really tired?

Music does it for me.
I listen to trance while running, the faster the music goes, the faster I run. It really works, if you’re into music. It doesn’t matter if I’m tired, if I’m at the beginnging of my work out or the end, as soon one of those fast upbeat music places, its acts as a trigger.
Kindda like "Relax" does it for Zoolander.
find a partner listen to yur favorite music

Blast your music! That always works for me.
take your shirt off….look in the mirror…..n say damn, time to workout
Take a quick nap to recharge, and then when you wake up put on your running shoes and listen to some upbeat music. You can even dance around as your warm up if you’d like. Then you should be ready to go (:
Oh and sometimes you just have to push yourself even when you feel a little tired because after your work out you will feel much more energized.
firstly set the goal that how many reputations you need to do with ur right hand if you achieved ur goal then apply this strategy with ur left hand.
