How do you get the motivation to exercise?

So, I’m ina a bit of a pickle. I generally workout 5 days a week, and have been at this for about a week or so, thus far, no problems. I’ve been exercising everyday. However, today,I’m just lacking that motivation. The idea of exercising is not very fun. Plus I’m tired. Do you think I should workout tonight or not? Also, how do you motivate yourself when you don’t want to?

Yes still workout. Because tomorrow, you may be tired again and make another excuse tomorrow and then the next day.
On days I feel like you, I still force myself to exercise and once you start you’ll feel better and energized after.
I would at least go for a walk or jog for 15 minutes. "good luck" Remember diets DO NOT WORK only for awhile, then it is back to the same old thing.
